Hogan’s ascent to stardom began when he joined the WWF in late 1983. Under Vince McMahon’s promotion, Hogan not only became the WWF World Champion but also a significant figure in mainstream media, symbolizing the wrestling industry’s surge in the 1980s.
After a hiatus to focus on his television career, Hogan returned to wrestling with WCW in July 1994. It wouldn’t be until early 2002 that he made his return to the WWF.
