The Gorilla Position - Telling The Stories of Pro Wrestling's Storytellers

Press Release on the Purchase of TheGorillaPosition.com

The following is an announcement from Ryan K. Boman, former owner of The Gorilla Position:

“When Mike Melchor and I announced that we would be suspending operations here at The Gorilla Position, we were approached by someone we truly feel is the best person to pick up the baton.

On July 28th, 2020, JP Zarka of ProWrestlingStories.com purchased the archives of The Gorilla Position. Our content is in good hands and weโ€™re proud to have our legacy of articles live on through JP’s website โ€” a site we feel preserves the history of professional wrestling better than any website on the net.

Iโ€™m very proud of the 3+ years that we ran The Gorilla Position, and very happy with how things turned out in the end. Thank you to everyone who has been a supporter, a contributor, or just a fan. It has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.”

With this acquisition, we are thrilled that you will be seeing their exceptional work on our website!
